Key Rsponsibilities:

Contract Management

  • Monitor and maintain evidence of all deliverables across Vendor Contracts
  • Execute BAU contract change process and evidence/approvals maintenance
  • Review and validate conformed schedules as updates are provided by suppliers
  • Execute contract obligations process and associated governance
  • Execute formal correspondence process as required
  • Respond to ad-hoc contract queries and guidance requests

Risk and Compliance Management (incl. Regulatory)

  • Ensure vendor risk factors are being identified and appropriately documented
  • Support ongoing due diligence programmes on key vendors
  • Monitor/update vendor management controls as required and support testing of these controls
  • Support GIA reviews/audits relating to inscope vendors
  • Respond to requests from regulatory authorities, GTaC Assurance, GRCOR and others for information/evidence on key vendors

Vendor Governance and Performance Management

  • Execute Governance Model and Chair Vendor Performance Meetings as per the Governance and controls model
  • Monitor supplier performance in relation to contractual obligations and provide inputs to relevant scorecards
  • Support Vendor Manager in the management and strategy execution of key Vendors

Demand Management, Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement

  • Support the Request for Service (RFS) process for key IT Suppliers
  • Engage with relevant internal stakeholders to review and assess technical and commercial detail of RFS`
  • Assist in driving quality assurance (QA) and continuous improvement (CI) across the RFS cycle

Essential Qualifications:

  • 3rd level degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience

Essential Skills & Experience:

Experience

  • Good understanding of IT out-sourcing contracts andexperience in managing external supplier contracts & relationships
  • An ability to understand and interpret contracts, and assess the impact of changes as they arise;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong inter-personal skills, with the ability and confidence to develop and build good relationships with key internal and external stakeholders;
  • Experience with licence agreements and maintenance contracts an advantage
  • Dealing with third parties and vendor engagement expertise an advantage

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills - advanced user of MS Office suite esp. Excel and PowerPoint
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills
  • Good attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • A background in and/or understanding of Information Technology enterprise services would be beneficial
