New Ireland Assurance Company’s reputation had a significant impact on me applying. It’s position within the market and its connection to Bank of Ireland gave me confidence in the quality of training I would receive.
What I like most about my job is the exposure to so many areas in IT within New Ireland Assurance Company. The variety of work is also great - each project I work on is different which is giving me access to different technologies and there is a huge opportunity to learn something new each time.
I am constantly being encouraged to develop my skills further and the standard of training is very high. Not to mention the people I work with, they’re a great bunch of people and this certainly adds to the enjoyment of the job.
